We provide accurate and detailed information about our cannabis seeds; however, we do not guarantee germination rates or growing success. The cultivation of cannabis may be subject to legal restrictions in your area, and it is your responsibility to be aware of and comply with local laws.

4. Ordering and Payment:
Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors
in pricing, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

5. Delivery and Shipping:
We ship cannabis seeds and smoke shop products to States where it is legal to do so. It is your responsibility to check and comply with local laws before placing an order. We are not responsible for any issues including seizures.

6. Returns and Refunds:
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the products are damaged during shipping. (See our Damaged Items During Shipping Policy for more information.)

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill).

“The 2018 Farm Bill defines hemp as Cannabis sativa L. and “any part of that plant, including the seeds thereof and all derivatives, extracts, cannabinoids, isomers, acids, salts, and salts of isomers,” with no more than a 0.3 percent concentration of THC”
